• BaseSame foundation as 1.99 — Debian 13 and the Linux 6.12 long-term kernel branch — refreshed to the current Debian Stable point release.
• AppsRuscaWriter, the three-column writing editor, now ships on the image and replaces Apostrophe. RuscaCleaner joins it for system housekeeping.
• UpdatesFirefox ESR and Thunderbird move to 140.13, with the latest security updates across LibreOffice, GIMP, OpenSSL, Mesa and the kernel.
• ImageSingle hybrid ISO — a full live system plus an installer, including a speech-synthesis option for accessibility. 2 728 packages in total.
